Please make sure your order is accurate before finalizing. Spicely Organics will only take returns/issue refunds or replacements on defective items or mis-shipped items and only when the return is pre-approved. Returns sent without pre-approval will not be processed.
To obtain pre-approval, please reach out within 14 days of your delivery date. To help us investigate the quality of the product and determine the best solution, please provide the following information;
- Your order #
- The item in question
- The item's Lot #
- The item's best by date
- A picture of the issue (when applicable)
Spicely Organics is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the delivery day you specify, as it is outside of our scope and is to be brought up with the carrier.
Spicely Organics will send a payment link for you to pay re-shipment fees before re-shipping your package.
