When Will I Receive My Order?

2024 NOV/DEC Holiday Season Ordering Guidelines

Please note that SPICELY ORGANICS will be closed on Thursday 11/28 and Friday 11/29 as well as Wednesday 12/25.  The processing buffers below will not include these days of closure; processing will resume the next business day in the sequence of order received.  We apologize for any delay.

Orders received will be processed within business 48 hours. Please note that our business hours are from 5:30am-2pm PST Monday - Friday and carrier pickup times vary.

You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking information, by the end of the day that your order ships so that you may track it. 

Once your order is in transit, a general guideline for Ground Shipping is 1-2 business days for West Coast Addresses to up to 5+ business days for East Coast Addresses.  This will of course vary by carrier, season, route, weather, etc. 

Please be advised that both seasonality volume of packages and/or weather during the months of November and December can cause heavier than usual transit delays.

Please opt for Express Shipping if you need your items guaranteed sooner.
