Please make sure that your qualifying total is reached after any discounts are applied and before shipping charges are applied.
The amount you are actually paying determines when the Free Shipping option comes up.
Once this threshold is met, you will see Free Standard Shipping as one of your options on the shipping portion of your checkout.
