Why is my Discount Code not working?

Please read the promotion carefully, including all disclaimers.

Here are common things to look at if your code is not applying-

• Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as we post/email them- this includes any capitalization vs lower case, spaces, numbers and/or punctuation.
• The code is expired. If the code is expired, it is no longer usable.
• Most codes are only redeemable once per customer. If you have applied a onetime redeemable code before (including on orders that were cancelled), it will not be usable again.
• The purchase does not meet a purchase requirement. Some codes are set only to apply on order reaches a $ minimum and/or certain items need to be purchased.
