Unless otherwise indicated, products are sold by weight and not by volume. Some products may appear "less full"or "not full" due to a variety of factors such as the density of the spice, contents settling during shipment, etc. Herbs will be much lighter and therefore will have less weight than a denser spice in the same packaging. Additionally, the weight listed on the packaging is “net weight” and is reflective of the product and does not include packaging weight.
For the few items we sell by the “count”, such as Spicely Organic Vanilla Bean, the amount of beans will show instead of the weight.
